The homecoming parade was great. Every year we give out balloons to the little children who come to cheer us on and every year I find it harder to not give out every single balloon that I own to every child I see. They just get that cute look in their eyes like if I didn't give them a balloon, life as they knew it would be over. And then when I do give them a balloon its like I gave them a bike. They are that happy. I love it. I never realized how many cute kids there are in the world.
Thank goodness for chubby cheeks and candy faces. Without them the homecoming parade would just be a boring 2 1/2 mile walk with the ballroom team.
