My sisters friend Stephanie Nielson got into a plane crash with her husband some time ago. She is a most amazing woman. Since the crash she has had to go through multiple surgeries and skin grafts. Her face is completely different from the face that she was born with and her body can not move as well as it used to.
The thing that inspires me most about this woman is her determination to keep her family together and maintain her role as a mother to her four little children who at first couldn't even look at her. I have never met a stronger individual in my life and reading her stories and her perspective on life always makes me re-new my determination to have a better attitude about my trials, especially because I am not experiencing anything that could be considered on the same playing level.
She is an inspiration to all men and women. Her courage to live in happiness instead of self defeat helps me to believe that no matter what trial may come, God is there.
I highly recommend you read her blog and her stories. They will help you to believe in yourself and in the strength that you carry.
